Another Judge Adapts Peter Vaira’s Proposed Amendment to Local Criminal Rule 32.3.2

As the result of Peter Vaira’s proposed amendment to Local Criminal Rule 32.3.2, Judge Timothy J. Savage of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania amended his own required procedures in 2011 to require both prosecution and defense counsel to serve each other with any material provided to the probation officer in the sentencing procedure.  Recently Judge Berle M.
